How to order spare parts
To order spare parts, please email the following information so we can assure that you will receive the correct parts:
- Machine number: can be found on the id-plate on the machine
- Machine type: can be found on the id-plate on the machine
- Parts page: can be found in the manual
- Part number: can be found in the manual
- Amount of parts
In case a part cannot be found on the parts pages in the manual, please describe and photograph the part and its function as accurate as possible, so we can determine which part you need.
