Built to last

Since 1939, Cezoma has been shaping the world of winding technology one machine, one spool, and one client at a time. With over 41,695 machines in operation and customers in more than 67 countries, our legacy is built on decades of precision, trust, and continuous innovation.

What began as a local engineering company in the Netherlands has grown into a globally trusted partner for industries that demand reliability from dental and medical to technical textiles, carbon fiber, and beyond.

Inside Cezoma's Old Workplace

Cezoma’s old factory

Step inside the early days of Cezoma, and you’ll find more than machines  you’ll find craftsmanship at its core. This photo, taken inside our old factory, shows a time when everything was made by hand, every station focused on detail, and every team member played a key role in the process.

Back then, tools were simple, and quality came from skill, experience, and pride. The people in this image weren’t just building parts they were building the foundation of what Cezoma would become: a trusted name in high-precision winding machines.

This workshop shaped our way of working. Attention to detail, pride in what we build, and long-term reliability have been part of our DNA from the start. These values are still at the heart of Cezoma today in every machine, every spool, and every solution we deliver.

Royal visit

A proud milestone in Cezoma’s history was the visit of Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands, who came to witness one of our winding machines in action during the 1950s. Known for his interest in Dutch innovation and industrial development, the Prince’s visit was more than ceremonial, it reflected national recognition of Cezoma’s growing role in technical excellence and machine building. The machine demonstrated that day wasn’t specially prepared, it was a standard Cezoma model performing exactly as designed: reliably, consistently, and without compromise. For many, it confirmed that their dedication to quality was not only seen but respected at the highest level.

That visit remains a proud symbol of our legacy. While our machines have evolved over the decades, the values behind them have stayed the same: engineering excellence, customer trust, and long-term performance, all built into every Cezoma spool.

Cezoma's Old Marketing

Cezoma’s marketing

Look back at Cezoma’s early marketing, and you’ll see more than logos and slogans you’ll see vision and confidence. This photo of our vintage promotional truck is a perfect example. With a globe, country names, and bold typography, it showed that even in the 1950s, Cezoma was thinking globally.

At a time when most marketing was local and modest, we dared to go further. This mobile display wasn’t just a showpiece it was a moving statement of ambition. It told the world that our textile and winding machines were not only made in the Netherlands but already trusted far beyond it.

Campaigns like this were simple but effective: direct, visual, and built on pride in what we made. They helped shape how we connected with customers and positioned ourselves as forward-thinking and reliable.

Move Forward

Historic photos of Cezoma reveal more than machines or people at work, they show the foundation of everything we stand for today. Each image tells part of the story: the pride in every hand-built machine, the ambition behind our early marketing, and the recognition that came from a royal visit.

These moments weren’t planned for history books, they were real, everyday milestones that shaped who we are. They remind us that before global reach and automation, there was simply a team of dedicated builders focused on doing things right.

From the workbenches of our early factory to the flags painted on our first promotional truck, every detail reflected a belief in quality and innovation. That belief still drives us today.

At Cezoma, we don’t just remember our history, we continue to build on it.
